This Seward Park family home got a welcome update from its previous days as a Sailor’s crash pad (complete with a teal plush bar and an anchor motif in the vinyl flooring). Clean modern lines, high quality materials and custom metalwork were the central aspects of this collaboration with Trevor Dystra of Lane Williams Architects and the family, an artist and a designer.
