Donald Wymer

Brought on in 2022,  Donald was initially attracted to our company due to our worker-owned company structure and our commitment to social justice. He began his career with us completing residential projects, due to his background. He has since been involved in a wide variety of residential, commercial and adaptive re-use duties.

Donald began his career as a carpenter conducting seismic retrofitting for houses around Seattle. After some years of seismic work, Donald expanded his skillset to include a wide array of framing and finish carpentry as well. Before working in construction, Don crafted vinyl records and worked in the brewing industry back in Ohio. While there, he studied education in college and although he enjoyed teaching and learning, construction was where his true passion was.

A true PNW resident, Don is an active musician, dog lover and NBA fan. He enjoys spending time in the mountains although he doesn’t seem to get out there as much as he would like. You can often find him enjoying a delicious beverage after work with his dog Bones, his long term partner Melissa; listening to records.
