Rick Rollins
Lead Metal Worker
Joining our team in 2022, Rick Rollins started his career as a custom metal fabricator in high school. He has since pushed himself to develop and refine his skills to become a fine craftsman with an affinity for hand crafting the highest quality products. Working as a manual machinist, race car chassis tech, production tig welder, and a myriad of other metal oriented jobs over the years, has helped to expand his skill set and learn how to balance efficiency and quality.
Prior to joining Metis Construction, Rick worked in an industry fabricating, installing, and maintaining museums, visitor centers and other public space interiors. He worked to coordinate multiple global installation teams, managed the metal fabrication shop and the art, sculpture and paint departments. Some of the local places he has been involved in are; The Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, The Museum of Flight, The MOHI Museum, The Burke Museum, The Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, The Nordic Heritage Museum, The Flying Heritage and Combat Armor Museum.
