Sher Partners Office
When the local property management agency, Sher Partners, decided to relocate from Bellevue to one of their own properties in Laurelhurst, Metis was ready for the job. Having already completed renovation and remodel work on the adjoining properties and downstairs tenant, Metis was familiar with the location, the neighbors and the quirks of the building. This clean and bright remodel by Mike Whalen features a central staircase with clear fir detailing and bamboo wall panels. The new office features a lounge, kitchenette, shower and a washer/dryer – perfect for cycling enthusiast Ron Sher to bike to work along the neighboring Burke Gilman Trail.
